A new key visual has been released to prepare for the upcoming premiere of RPG Real Estate. The slice-of-life fantasy series debuts on April 6, 2022.
The visual shows the four main characters — Kotone, Fa, Rufuria, and Rakira — falling mid-air towards a large lake and vast land. In the background, a shadowy outline of a large dragon looms.
The main voice cast consists of Honoka Inoue as Kotone Kazairo, Hina Kino as Fa, Natsumi Kawaida as Rufuria, and Manaka Iwami as Rakira. They will perform the anime’s opening theme song “Make Up Life!.” Idol group Maneki Kecak will sing the anime’s ending theme “Awesome!”
The anime’s production staff includes Tomoaki Koshida (Ikebukuro West Gate Park) as director, Yoshiko Nakamura (Sasaki and Miyano) as series screenwriter, Motohiro Taniguchi (CUE!) as anime character designer, Atelier Roku 07’s Masaaki Kawaguchi (Talentless Nana) as art director, Genta Makabe (Osamake: Romcom Where The Childhood Friend Won’t Lose) as color designer, Yui Fukuoka (Ikebukuro West Gate Park) as photography director, and Makoto Miyazaki (One Punch Man Season 2) as music composer. Doga Kobo will be in charge of animation production.
The original 4-koma manga by Chiyo Kenmotsu was published in 2018 and has released three tankoubon volumes so far. It is currently serialized in Houbunsha’s Manga Time Kirara Carat magazine and under their Manga Time KR Comics label.
The story of RPG Real Estate is described as:
The story begins 15 years after the demon king was defeated and the world has become peaceful. Kotone, who graduated from school and became a magician, inquired the kingdom-affiliated RPG Real Estate in order to find a new home. In reality, RPG Real Estate was Kotone’s place of employment, and together with Fa, a demi-human, the priest Rufuria, and the soldier Rakira, they help support the searches of new homes for the customers with various circumstances.
