The upcoming Vermeil in Gold (Kinsou no Vermeil ~Gakeppuchi Majutsushi wa Saikyou no Yakusai to Mahou Sekai wo Tsukisusumu~) fantasy anime has released a new trailer and visual, as well as song artist and additional cast information. A July 5 Japanese premiere date was also revealed.
The trailer previews the anime’s premise, action, ecchi elements, main voice cast, and the opening song “Abracada-Boo” by Kaori Ishihara. Meanwhile, the key visual features main trio Alto (Yuuya Hirose), Vermei (Maaya Uchida), and Lilia (Wakana Kuramochi) with Elena Kimberlite (Kana Hanazawa).
Aside from Hanazawa, the newly revealed cast members include:

Vermeil in Gold is based on the manga written by Kouta Amana and illustrated by Youko Umezu. The Square Enix-published series began in 2018 and has five tankoubon volumes as of November 2021. The manga is serialized in Monthly Shounen Gangan and published under the Gangan Comics label.
The story follows magic student Alto, who is in danger of repeating his school year. After accidentally activating a magic circle in a book he stumbled upon, Alto ends up summoning a powerful demon called Vermei, who becomes his familiar and behaves like a questionable older sister to him.
The staff of Kinsou no Vermeil includes Takashi Naoya (Osamake: Romcom Where The Childhood Friend Won’t Lose) as director, Tatsuya Takahashi (The Faraway Paladin) as series composer, Matsuo Asami (Osamake: Romcom Where The Childhood Friend Won’t Lose) as assistant director, Kiyoshi Tateishi (Val × Love) as character designer and chief animation director, and Ayana Togashi (CUE! animation director) as co-character designer and prop designer.
Other staff include Hirotaka Kozaki (Val × Love co-art director) as art director, Ryouji Nagasawa (Val × Love) as color designer, and Mitsuhiro Kuno (Val × Love) as photography director. Toshimitsu Kobayashi (Val × Love), Yukiyo Komito (Val × Love), and Atsushi Aono (The Faraway Paladin) are serving as chief animation directors in addition to Tateishi. Staple Entertainment is the animation production company.
