The Farming Life in Another World light novel series is getting an anime adaptation. Details are currently unknown.
Farming Life in Another World began in 2017 and is set to release its 12th volume on March 31, 2022. The Kadokawa-published series is written by Kinosuke Naito and illustrated by Yasumo. The story began as a web novel on Shousetsuka ni Narou in 2016.
A manga adaptation by Yasuyuki Tsurugi, also published by Kadokawa, began in 2017. It is serialized in Monthly Dragon Age and published under the Dragon Comics Age label.
One Peace Books, which publishes the manga in English, describes the plot as:
After Hiraku dies of a serious illness, God brings him back to life, gives his health and youth back, and sends him to a fantasy world of his choice. In order to enjoy his second shot, God bestows upon him the almighty farming tool! Watch as Hiraku digs, chops, and plows in another world in this laidback farming fantasy!
